On 11th of February in 659 B.C., the party of the Sumera-mikoto with building the royal navy launched towards the East along the Setouti Sea. Fastening bows of ships with ropes together and just arriving at the port Naniha, the tide helped them to sail faster. The place where the party of Sumera-mikoto landed was named Namihaya-no-kuni, which signifies fast tide in Japanese, after this legend.
