This hypothesis is corroborated by the fact that both editors of the Japanese Chronicles and of the Kojiki, treat Ahira-tu-hime lightly, though she was actually the first wife of the Sumera-mikoto. As they dared to ignore her, we cannot trace the latter half of her life after the Sumera-mikoto departed from Himuka-no-kuni for the eastern expedition. Perchance, she would have remained the Ata-village in Himuka.
