Amaterasu-oomikami v.s. Susanou-no-mikoto

      Standing face to face, Amaterasu-oomikami closely demanded her young brother, Susanou-no-mikoto, an explanation of his doubtful conduct. Here, Susanou-no-mikoto answered her question and explained the reason why he had been ordered to leave his nation by their father deity. According to the Chronicle of Japan, he said “I never have any evil intention, my dear sister.  Obeying the order of our parent, I am going to leave for Ne-no-kuni immediately. I just would like to see you, my dear sister, elbowing my way through clouds and mists, before my departure. I did not expect your angry face at all!”
