Meanwhile, another view that the Hata clan was the people of Shiragi has been influential in the academy of history because phonetic of “Shin辰”-kan, the orginal of Shiragi, is equivalent to phonetic of “Hata秦.” They have insisted that the people who had come from Shiragi was gathered in the reign of the Kinmei Tennou as a single clan named Hata.
