ワイ合意

　テロ対策優先を掲げはしましたが、ネタニヤフ政権の和平交渉は、それでも、前進を見せました。

　１９９８年８月１１日には、ネタニヤフ主張とアラファト首相との間に、最終的地位交渉に向けての合意が成立します。これは、ワイ合意と呼ばれています。この合意によって、ヨルダン川西岸地区のパレスチナ自治区は、不完全な自治区をも含めて占領地の３０％に拡大することになったのです（Aエリア９．１％とBエリア２０．９％）。

　このまま、自治区は順調に拡大していくのかしら、とまあちゃまは、疑問に思うのでした。
