Considering the relation with the thought of Shinn-I-Reki-Unn-Setu, it is maybe adequate that the Chronicles of Japan is not only a history in which significant events worth to be documented in ancient times were described so as to hand down from generation to generation, but also an artificial structure with wishes of the editors for the public peace.

検察は知らなかった、忘れたを崩せるか？

 
手下が金を盗み、その金をボスのポケットに入れたとする。ボスが警察に捕まったとき、ポケットに手下が金を勝手に入れたのを知らなかったと白を切ったとき、検察はボスを有罪に出来るだろうか。物的証拠はポケットにある金だけである。知らなかったという嘘を嘘と断じる証拠はない。小沢や鳩山は知れぬ存ぜぬ忘れたで逃げているが、立件できるのか見物である。村木事件にも証拠はないが、自分が管理するハンコの付いた許可証は出ている。

自然災害が起きやすいところには人は住まないようにすべき

今回の集中豪雨により日本各地で洪水や地滑りによる被害が出ている。日本を旅行をしていて不思議に思うことの一つは,集落を作らずに、各地に点々と家があることである。盗賊からの防御が必要のない我国では集落を津ｋらなくてｍ安全であると言うことの証ではある。しかし、我国は至る所が地滑り地帯であり、洪水に見舞われたり地震の被害をくけやすい場所がある。こういった場所はある体で予測が出来易いのであるから、そこに人が住まないように指導すべきではないだろうか。少なくとも、資産価値が低下などと言わずに、危険地帯は国が示すべきである。

科学技術の発展は入札では買えない

決まり切った試験を何回行うかなどと言った,科学技術の分野ではその結果を入札で購入することが出来る。しかし、科学技術の画期的な成果などはいくら入札をしたところで買うことは出来ない。文系の出身者が多い政治家や官僚は粗造的な仕事をしたことがないのでそのことが理解できない。理系でも,大学で組合活動ばかりしていた人にもそれ側から二かも知れない。ブレイクスルーが求められる分野に民間の投資を求めることも出来ない。これは、そのための無駄を国民の理解の下に、国が行う仕事である。芸術や科学はいわゆる無駄の中に花開くものであろう。

The Chou-tei and Shinn-Yuu Years

In The Truth of the Chronicles of Japan, Yuuko Kuranishi insists that the plural year number tables included in the chronicle, which look superficially a single year number, was assembled in order that both of surplus and minus years are just 120 years intentionally by the editor. The number 120 seems to be related to the sixty ageary cycle.

Some scholars infer that the method of the sixty agenary cycle, which has been regarded as a traditional Chinese calendar, should have been introduced from the ancient civilization of Mesopotamia. Particularly, Sumerians are said to have used and developed the sixty decimal.
