The last introduction of the origin of place name is Hani-yasu. Hani signifies clay and Yasu peace in ancient Japanese respectively. Because the Sumera-mikoto in September of the last year had made Oto-ukashi and Shiine-tu-hiko bring clay of Mt. Kagu-yama, baked sacred many saucers, held a service for the heavenly and earthy gods after purifying himself in the river and established a peace in this country.
