Landing on Namihaya-no-kuni, where is now belonging to Oosaka prefecture, it is likely that the party of the Sumera-mikoto would have organized the royal army. On 10th of March, they arrived at Shirakata-no-tu of Seiunn in the Kusaka village of Kawati-no-kuni.
