Uzu-hiko, the earthy deity of the port Hayasuinato, explained to the Sumera-mikoto that he came to see him because he had heard information that a descendant of deities from the Heaven was to arrive at the port soon. Hearing his words, the Sumera-mikoto required him to be a pilot for his troop. With pleasure, he accepted the proposal. The Sumera-mikoto, with pulling him into his ship with a rod made by Shii, chinquapin, appointed him a pilot by imperial order and bestowed him an anew name, Shine-tu-hiko. Shinetu-hiko was said to become an ancestor of Yamato-no-Atai tribe.
