ニュートンさんは、イギリスでも、数年前に、ウォールポールによって、議員内閣制が成立したことをお話しはじめました。ちなみに、ニュートンさんは、英国国会の議員であったそうです。でも、あまり議会活動に関心が無かったみたいです。

ちゃぽちゃんは、ニュートンさんの議会における唯一の発言が、「窓を閉めてください」というものであったと伝わっていることを、お話しました。
